Myra Reichel is a Master Reiki Teacher and founder of Reiki Healing Center.
Myra Reichel, owner of the Reiki Healing Center in the Philadelphia, PA area, which she founded In September 2006, began studying Reiki in 1998 with Marian Yaglinski, R.N., Reiki Master. Completing her training, Myra became a Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master and started teaching all levels of Reiki classes. In 2004, she co-founded the Natural Healing Arts Wellness Center. A full Reiki is one-hour long and is useful for specific healing or general relaxation. The client remains clothed. The Reiki practitioner works first simply lays their hands lightly on the client’s body or does all o without manipulation of the body. Safe , effective for stress reduction, relaxation, pain relief, healing of the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

$20 off First Tuesday and Last Wednesday of each month by appointment. 10% offered for seniors, students, the unemployed, people with a disability, those currently undergoing treatments for cancer, veterans, PTSD, or people with chronic illness. Classes
Learn to do Reiki for yourself and others. Take Reiki classes.
Reiki classes and workshops are taught so that students will learn how to access the Reiki healing energy for themselves. Students receive the necessary attunements to make them transmitters of Universal Healing Energy during a Reiki session to relax and heal themselves as well as others.

- Warwick, NY on first or third Wednesdays or Thursdays. A month's notice is required for appointment. No mileage charge for 20 mile radius of Amity, NY.

Joan Nikelsky, a Reiki Master Practitioner, is pleased to be practicing Usui Reiki at the Reiki Healing Center (RHC) with a flexible schedule, by appointment.
She began studying Reiki I - Shodenn the winter of 2005 and pursued advanced studies after retiring from full-time employment with a medical publisher at the end of 2007. Joan has been interested for many years in health, fitness, nutrition, complementary medicine, and yoga. She has also been a social change activist on issues of the environment, women’s empowerment, worker’s rights, and social class/economic justice.
Thursday Sliding Scale Reiki Clinic
Joan is committed to making Reiki financially accessible to a wider population. She has done volunteer mini-sessions for low-income residents in a subsidized rent apartment building in Philadelphia. Joan is offering a Sliding Scale Usui Reiki Clinic at the RHC with fees (starting at $45) based on income level. The Clinic is available every Thursday between 2 and 7 pm, by appointment. These fees must be made by check or cash at time of session.

The annual income is assumed to be an individual’s (single) gross income. A couple with both people working and/or a family with a child or children could adjust it according to the number of people being supported by the family income.
The sliding scale is meant to be used as a guideline; its purpose is to help people who have difficulty paying the standard cost of a full Reiki session ($75). We recognize that the economic differences among people lead to financial limitations that make alternative healing services such as Reiki less accessible for some. Using a sliding scale will hopefully result in more people being able to benefit from this kind of treatment.
Eloise Prescott has been interested in Complementary and Alternative Medicine for many years. This interest led her to study Usui Reiki under Myra Reichel; and in 2006, she became a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner. In the same year, she began the Master’s Program in Acupuncture Medicine at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. The Won Institute provided an excellent education where she also learned the practice of Meditation and Mindfulness which has helped her to look at the whole person – body, mind and spirit.
Eloise has a Master’s in Acupuncture and is licensed by the State Board of Medicine in Pennsylvania and she is also certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Eloise has learned to treat her patients with compassion and dignity using Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five Element Acupuncture, Japanese Acupuncture and Korean Four Needle Acupuncture. She works with her clients using all of the tools she has at her disposal to make them feel comfortable during the healing process. Some of the adjunct therapies used with acupuncture include: Cupping, Guasha, Tui Na, and Oriental Nutritional Therapy. She may also recommend Meditation sessions, Qi Gong and Tai Chi movements to patients as part of their holistic healing program. Using a combination of acupuncture, nutritional therapy and lifestyle changes she can often not only help with persistent conditions but also improve a patient’s general well being and happiness. Amy Parris, Reiki Practitioner
Amy Parris, R.N., is happy to be seeing clients at the Reiki Healing Center. She is a Usui Reiki Practitioner, Magnified Healing ® Practitioner, and Theta Healing Practitioner.
Amy has been in the nursing field for fifteen years. She was first introduced to Reiki by a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit who used Reiki in her daily practice to assist in her patients’ recovery. Since that time Amy has been studying a myriad of adjunct healing modalities to help people heal faster, relieve chronic pain and even lead happier lives.
Amy really enjoys how much more she can offer people with her energy work! In August Amy will be adding Muscle Therapy and body work to her healing modalities.
