Print our calendar
To print our calendar, just follow these steps:
1. Select the calendar(s) you wish to print in the calendar list to the left of Google Calendar.
2. Click the printer icon to the left of the calendar's view tabs.
3. A "Print Settings" menu will appear in a new window. Simply select the desired options for your printed calendar.
4. Click "Print."
Please note that if you've scheduled a large number of events, your calendar may print on multiple pages to better display all your entries.
I can't print Google Calendar
If you’re having trouble printing Google Calendar, please make sure that you’re using a supported version of Adobe Acrobat. Google Calendar’s printing feature only works with Adobe Acrobat versions 6.0.1 and up at this time. If you’d like to download the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat, please visit http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
